1. DMCA — Designated Agent (United States)

2. What a takedown notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL).
4. Your contact details (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

We will remove or disable access to validly notified material and may notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notice.

3. India — Grievance Officer (IT Act 2000 & IT Rules 2021)

For complaints about content, copyright, or other grievances from users in India, contact our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as required by the IT Rules, 2021.

4. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
