We grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for its internal business purposes for the subscription/licence term, subject to your plan's seat and usage limits.
Term & price: Your plan, term length (e.g., monthly / annual), and price are shown on your order/invoice at purchase.
Renewal: {{RENEWAL_TERMS}} (e.g., “Licences are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew; we will contact you before expiry to renew,” or, if you enable auto-renewal, state the renewal cycle, the amount, and that the card on file will be charged unless cancelled.)

Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Applicable GST is added and shown on a tax invoice bearing our GSTIN {{GSTIN}}.
You will not misuse the Services, attempt to breach security, or use them unlawfully. The Services include security/monitoring features that you are responsible for deploying lawfully and with appropriate notice to your own users/employees.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller/fiduciary for data you process using the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate for material breach or non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time; fees already due remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at {{JURISDICTION_CITY}} having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your location.
